For over 20 years Belco has been offering to professional operators the design and construction of low voltage switchboards.
Today Belco successfully offers its products to the electric mobility market with the supply of Switchboards for the connection of the charging stations to the national Grid.
Belco is already a supplier of some of the most important companies in the EVC sector and thanks to partnerships with leading installer/integrator companies it is also able to offer turnkey solutions: from design to construction, to obtaining permits up to the final test.
Electrical panels for EVC contain all the necessary command, control and protection equipment. They are designed for outdoor use with key lock, IP43 or higher protection and can be made both in painted metal and in fibreglass.
The typical switchboard for EVC is in the street cabinet version with plinth. Its main functions are:

The panel is designed to be powered at 400Vac three-phase and typically consists of:

Insulation is obtained by using a street cabinet in SMC (fiberglass) colour RAL 735 made in compliance with the CEI 60439 standard, with IP55 degree of protection (with door closed) according to CEI 60529, IK 10 according to CEI 62262 in installation version on the floor with anchoring frame in hot galvanized steel. The cabinet consists of a plinth and a compartment equipped with an independent door with key lock.
